Social Responsibilities :-
Dorset has been abiding by all the labour laws and is continually giving equal opportunity and equal rights to all and believes in retaining and refining the skill set of all employees associated with the company. Various saving schemes and welfare programs are being conducted from time to time for employees welfare. The Management has been contributing a lot on the social concerns and causes in society and has been donating its funds to a lot of Non profit Organisations and NGO’s. |
