DORSET has gone through rigorous workplace index assessment process and successfully accomplished the milestone of being certified as Great Place to Work 2019. GPTW meticulously evaluated various people related Management practices at Dorset Industries Pvt. Ltd. and employees perceptions were measured using GPTW Trust index Employee Survey on various parameters including pride respect for people, Fairness at Workplace, Credibility of management and Camaraderie between people.
